Yes, I'd like to book a standard 12m² booth (4m wide by 3m deep). The cost for a standard 12m² booth is €7376,- if booked by September 23, 2024, which includes a 10% discount. If booked after September 23 2024, the cost will be €8196,-

Yes, I will bring my own booth setup and only need a 12m² space (4m wide by 3m deep). The cost for just the space is the same as a full booth of the same size minus a €250 discount.

Note: The organization of the HBO-ICT Job & Student event aims to provide all exhibitors the opportunity to conduct one masterclass in the program for students. If you wish to offer more than one masterclass, the organization will consider whether this fits into the masterclass program. If you register late as an exhibitor, the masterclass program may already be finalized, and offering a masterclass will no longer be possible. The organization will inform you at the time of your registration if this is the case.
