After 19 successful editions, the HBO-i Foundation has unfortunately decided that this year’s HBO-ICT Job & Student Event will not take place.

Why We Are Making This Decision
The number of companies that have shown interest in participating physically this year is clearly lower than in previous years. As a result, there are not enough participating organizations to organize the event this year in the way that students, companies, and other stakeholders have come to expect from us.

Our priority is to ensure that the Job & Student Event remains a valuable meeting place for students and the ICT industry. With the current number of registrations, we cannot sufficiently guarantee this level of quality. Therefore, we have decided to cancel this year’s event.

What Happens Next?
HBO-i remains committed to strengthening the connection between ICT education and the professional field. In the coming period, we will use this opportunity to discuss with students, educational institutions, and our business partners how we can further strengthen this connection and which format best fits the developments in the industry.

We look forward to organizing another valuable event in the future where students and organizations can connect and meet.
